Privacy policy – Helen Face

Helen Face (“we”, “us”) operates helenface.com and app.helenface.com. Helen Face is the trade name of a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain, based in Granada, tax and VAT number (NIF) 03543381R, who is responsible for your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If a sentence is unclear, write to us and we will fix the sentence.

What we collect

When you take the free discovery: your answers (your age range, what you want, the areas of your face, the minutes you can give) and, only if you choose to share one, a photo of your face.
When you buy: your name, your email and what you bought. Your card details go directly to our payment processor, Mollie; we never see or store your full card number.
When you use your account: your email, a password we store only as a hash, your plan, the sessions you complete, and any photos you add.
When you write to us: your name, your email and whatever you tell us.
When you browse: your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, in our server’s standard logs.

Your face photos

Photos are optional. If you share one, it is kept in private storage, read automatically to suggest the areas your plan should focus on, and used for nothing else. Your photos are never shown to anyone, never published and never sold. You can delete them from your account whenever you like, and we delete them when you ask us to.

What we use it for

To build your plan and keep it up to date.
To give you access to your account and send the emails your plan needs: your receipt, your sign-in links and your reminders.
To answer your questions and handle refunds.
To send you news by email only if you asked for it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run Helen Face, and each receives only what it needs for its job: our payment processor (Mollie), our hosting company, and the service that sends our emails. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money.

Cookies

We use only the cookies that are needed for the site and your account to work, such as keeping you signed in. If we ever add cookies for analytics or advertising, we will list them here first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and plan for as long as you have them. Photos stay until you delete them or ask us to. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to its use. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Children

Helen Face is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site and the application run over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Mollie. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
