The face that launched a thousand ships.
That is Marlowe's line for Helen of Troy, the woman Greek legend called the most beautiful in the world. We borrowed her name for something smaller and more practical: a few minutes a day, your own hands, and time on your side.
Why exercises and nature
The two things you already have.
Most of what is sold for an ageing face comes in a jar or a syringe. We started from two things every woman already has: the muscles of her face, which she can work, and a kitchen full of natural things her grandmother used.
The moves give the face something to do. The rituals give the skin something to drink. Helen Face puts both in one plan, in the right order, a few minutes at a time.
