These terms apply when you use helenface.com or app.helenface.com, or buy from us. By buying a plan you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

1. Who we are

Helen Face is the trade name of a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain, based in Granada. Tax and VAT number (NIF): 03543381R. Contact: [email protected], or the contact page.

2. What you buy

Helen Face is a personal 90-day plan of face exercises, face massage and natural rituals, used in your phone’s browser at app.helenface.com. Your plan is built from your answers and, if you share one, your photo, and it changes when your answers change. It is a digital service: nothing is shipped.

Helen Face is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay, in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is taken once, at checkout, through Mollie. We may refuse or cancel a purchase if we suspect fraud or if a price was displayed in error; if we do, we refund in full.

4. One payment, no subscription

You pay once for the whole plan. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel: we will never charge you again unless you buy again yourself.

5. Access

Your plan opens in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. The program runs for 90 days, and your plan stays in your account after day 90.

6. Refunds

You can have a full refund within 30 days of your payment, for any reason, with one message and no questions. The Refund policy sets out how; it is part of these terms.

7. Your account

You sign in with your email and a password, or with a sign-in link we email you. Anyone who can read your inbox can ask for a link, so keep your email secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

8. Your photos

Sharing a photo is optional. Your photos are private to you and are used only to build and update your plan. You can delete them from your account whenever you like. The Privacy policy explains how they are handled.

9. Our content

The videos, images, texts, plans and the Helen Face name and mark belong to us. Your plan is for your own personal use; please do not copy, share or resell it.

10. Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Before any legal action, write to us; almost everything is solved by a refund and a conversation.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones in force on the day you paid.
