One promise, written plainly: if Helen Face is not for you, you get all your money back within 30 days. No form, no argument, no questions.

Within 30 days: a full refund

Any time within 30 days of your payment, for any reason at all, we refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to tell us why.

How to ask

Send one message from the email address you paid with, to [email protected] or through the contact page. That is all.

The plain details

• Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Mollie, within 5 business days of your message. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
• The refund window closes on day 30 after your payment. After that, payments are not refunded, and your plan stays in your account.
• If we ever charge you by mistake, we refund it in full, at any time.
